Choice custom water cooled core pins can be manufactured with coolant hole diameters from .062 and up and are machined concentric to ensure even cooling and faster machine cycle times. They are also available in the same variety fo tool steels as the custom sleeves. 0-Ring grooves and counter bores are available to your specifications. Outside diameters can be precision ground to fit standard or special sleeves.
